On December 15, 2022, Non-Emergency COVID-19 Prevention Regulations were adopted and will become effective in the month of January 2023 once approved by the Office of Administrative Law. The COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) remain in effect until the new regulations become effective. Read more about the non-emergency regulations and the ETS. We are currently reviewing our COVID-19 training materials and will update them as necessary to align with the new standards.
The COVID-19 Statewide Agriculture and Farmworker Education (SAFE) program is led by the Western Center for Agricultural Health and Safety (WCAHS) with funding from The State of California to increase COVID-19 knowledge and workplace safety in agriculture.
