What is the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)?
The IIPP is a workplace health and safety program. All employers in California are required to establish, implement, and maintain an effective IIPP in writing. An effective IIPP improves the safety and health in the workplace and engages workers in its development and implementation.
