Asilomar Conference Grounds
Asilomar is nestled along the shorline of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary on 105 acres of forest and dunes, creating a dramatic backdrop and tranquil environement for conventions, retreats, and social events. Designed by renowned architect, Julia Morgan, Asilomar features 314 secluded guest rooms with private bath and scenic forest or marine views.

Asilomar's 107 acres are a unique compliation of three different microhabitats: beach, sand dunes, and pine/oak forest. When leisure time permits, conference attendees can explore beachside and forested pathways around Asilomar and the picturesque Monterey Peninsula on bicycle. Bicycle rentals for groups and leisure guests are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily, weather permitting, at the Asilomar Park Store.

The Crocker Dining Hall serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, as well as on-site custom banquets, holiday themed brunches, and private wedding receptions.

Originally founded in 1913 as the western conference center for the YWCA, Asilomar Conference Grounds continues to be a restful, yet stimulating environment. For more information, please visit www.visitasilomar.com.
