As a contributing member of WCAHS, you would have access to the Center’s resources. Members are eligible to apply for discretionary seed funding that could support short-term or feasibility studies in the field of agricultural health and safety. Members benefit from the support of colleagues with expertise in a range of disciplines, from entomology to education to atmospheric science to medicine, all united in the commitment to improving the health and safety of farmers and farmworkers. The Center promotes the sharing of ideas and information through its quarterly newsletter and electronic communications such as our website and list servers. Members also participate in monthly seminars, our annual conference co-sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center of Seattle, WA, and meetings where the challenges and successes of our work are shared with our colleagues in a vigorous collaboration. Most importantly, our members know that their work is improving the health and safety of the Western Agricultural community. For more information, contact us at (530) 752-4050 or
